Susan Curtin
Susan has two decades of successful internal coaching and mentoring experience where she helped managers to successfully transition to the next stage of leadership. She has expertise in enhancing and expanding leaders’ Emotional Intelligence, interpersonal savvy and political acumen.
She has created award-winning leadership development programs incorporating leadership competencies, strengths, coaching and mentoring and designed special action learning projects, recognized for her excellence by ATD and NACO. She taught six years in the ICF-approved Certificate Program, Coaching for Organizational Excellence, through San Diego State University.
Susan is a Board Certified Executive Coach, Certified Employee Assistance Professional and has the Master Corporate and Executive Coaching designation. She is certified in
Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ)
and like her partners, incorporates the C-IQ tools &
techniques into her coaching and organization development practice.
Timi Gleason
Timi’s area of expertise is in coaching for Strategic Thinking
and Creativity in Business as a facilitator. Her approach with
groups is to develop Conversational Intelligence and
underlay it with Stakeholder Centered Coaching to
help all the members improve their
quality of output and increase their collaborative innovation.
Timi is a cross-functionally experienced business person turned coach.
She has strong business acumen and systems thinking experience
from leading, training and coaching for over 25 years.
Her clients are typically senior leaders in sales and marketing,
various types of operations, I.T., communications and media, and
the sciences, including leaders in U.S. government.
She is a graduate of San Diego State University and has
advanced certifications in Strategic Management and Systems
Thinking, Creative Problem Solving, Community Mediation,
Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Charitable
Giving and has a Master Career Coach designation.
Sue Stevenson
Sue is a Lead Trainer/Facilitator, Executive Coach, Assessor and Mentor for
The NeuroLeadership Institute: delivering Brain Based Coaching Certification programs
and has been a leader in high level executive positions globally. She is also certified
in Conversational Intelligence and has use of all the C-IQ educational information
and C-IQ assessment tools. Sue’s coaching credentials are from The Hudson Institute
of Coaching, Santa Barbara & The NeuroLeadership Institute; she has also completed
executive programs at INSEAD, and Harvard and U.C. Berkeley certification in The
Science of Happiness.
Sue has extensive experience in High Technology, Pharmaceuticals,
Biotech, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Local Government,
Not for Profit and Entrepreneurial startups.
She has a background in Educational Psychology, Aberdeen University and a Post
Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
